Glenashley Prep Grade 7 learners participated in the Verulam Hospice Fun Run

The Checkstar Falcons Athletics Club in collaboration with Verulam Secondary School hosted a Successful 4km Fun Run recently at the Verulam Secondary School Grounds, in aid of the The Verulam Hospice, an NPO, which offers pallative care to cancer patients at no charge. They rely on donations, fundraising and sponsorships. Two Glenashley Prep Grade 7 learners participated in the Verulam Hospice Fun Run, proudly representing their School in their endeavours. Huzaifah Faisthalab and Jaishen Padaychee were commended on their 4km walk to help raise funds and awareness for the Verulam Hospice, a good deed which upheld the school values.
