Our Junior Primary learners (Grades 1–3) created the most unforgettable occasion as they welcomed their grandparents to a day filled with love, music and joy. From heartfelt songs to Marimba and instrumental performances, the children shone brightly on stage, making their grandparents beam with pride. Afterwards, grandparents were invited into classrooms to see the wonderful work their grandchildren have been creating throughout the year, a special glimpse into their learning journey.
To end the celebration on a high note, our Spring Olympics had everyone laughing, cheering, dancing and joining in the fun. From 300m sprints to duck walks, crab walks, obstacle races, relays and the much-anticipated grandparents’ and parents’ race, the spirit of togetherness was alive and strong. We are deeply grateful to our parents and grandparents for their enthusiasm, encouragement, and presence on this special day. The joy and connection it brings to our learners’ lives is truly priceless. At Felixton College, family is at the heart of all we do, and moments like these remind us why.
