The senior girls’ cross country team from Edenglen High School showcased their prowess at the recent meet held at Pretoria Boys High School on Monday, April 8. Despite stiff competition, the team exhibited commendable spirit and determination throughout the event. Among the standout performers for Edenglen High School was Patient Ngwenya, whose remarkable performance secured her 37th position in the competition. Ngwenya’s endurance and dedication were evident as she navigated the challenging course with precision and resilience. Additionally, Rosisang Merafe demonstrated exceptional skill, finishing in 55th place. Merafe’s consistent pace and unwavering focus contributed significantly to the team’s overall performance. Another notable achievement came from Linathi Agbude, who secured the 58th position. Agbude’s determination and perseverance were instrumental in her success, reflecting the commitment of the entire Edenglen team.
