Curro Hazeldean Athlete has hurdled his way into the World Athletics’ record

Matdozi Ndou from Curro Hazeldean has hurdled his way into the World Athletics’ record books. Matodzi, 16 years old, is now the 5th fastest athlete in the 110m hurdles for the men’s under 18 category. Matodzi broke both the South African and African record in the 110m hurdles at the Curro Podium Grand Finale in February this year, with an amazing time of 13.21 seconds. Now, Matodzi took this incredible achievement a step further and broke his own record at the Athletics Gauteng North Championships in March with 0,0.6 seconds!
