Buffels 1^st vs Middelburg 1^st team: On a wet and cool day, the Buffels succeeded in beating Middelburg’s 1^st team by scoring 6 tries to 2 in poor conditions. The halftime score was 10 – 0 for the Buffels after a scrappy and wet 1^st half.

The 2^nd half the Buffels played with more intent and raised the tempo and through good kicking and great pressure converted mistakes into points. They scored 4 tries to the 2 of Middelburg in the second half.

Tries for the Buffels: Zuki Malila (x 2), Duran Sauer, Demitri Prosalouglou, Regard Vorster, Keeran Du Plessis. Marco Langenhoven succeeded with one conversion.
