Al Falaah College Celebrates Remarkable Academic Milestones Once Again:Durban, South Africa – Al Falaah College, a beacon of academic excellence and Islamic values in KwaZulu-Natal, is proud to announce its extraordinary achievement of a 100% Bachelor pass rate for the 2024 Matric examinations. The school has now achieved this remarkable milestone in 5 of the last 9 years and a 99% Bachelor pass rate in 2 other years, underscoring its unwavering commitment to holistic education and student success.

The achievement is further amplified by the outstanding performance of Abdullah Abisola, who was placed 3rd among all independent schools in KwaZulu-Natal. Abdullah, who has been a student at Al Falaah College since preschool, was recently honored at a prestigious event held at the Durban International Convention Center (ICC). Reflecting on the experience, Abdullah shared, “It was humbling and inspiring to be recognized on such a grand platform. My journey at Al Falaah College has been pivotal in shaping my academic success, and the values instilled in me by the school and my faith have guided me every step of the way.”

The school’s legacy of producing outstanding learners continues to shine brightly. In 2023, Al Falaah College produced the learner ranked second among all students in KwaZulu-Natal. In 2022, the school reached national acclaim when it produced the top learner in South Africa, along with the first and third-ranked learners in KwaZulu-Natal among independent schools.

A Legacy of Excellence
Since its establishment in 1987, Al Falaah College has maintained a 100% Matric pass rate for 39 consecutive years, a feat few institutions can rival. The Class of 2024 continued this proud tradition with 27% of learners achieving a distinction aggregate and an impressive average of 2.8 distinctions per learner. Additionally, every student passed every subject, a testament to the school’s rigorous academic standards and dedicated teaching staff.

Principal Mr. Zaffar Ahmed was humbled by the school’s accomplishments: “These results are a reflection of the dedication, hard work, and collective effort of our learners, educators, and parents. At Al Falaah College, we strive not only for academic excellence but also for the holistic development of our students, grounded in strong Islamic values. We congratulate Abdullah Abisola and the Class of 2024 on their phenomenal achievements.”

Inspiration for the Future
As Al Falaah College celebrates these achievements, it remains steadfast in its mission to nurture future leaders. The school’s innovative approach, coupled with its deep-rooted Islamic ethos, continues to empower learners to excel both academically and spiritually.
