Somerset College golf player claimed victory at the Worcester Open

Congratulations to Somerset College‘s Mia Brewer, who claimed victory in the Women’s Division at the Worcester Open on 2 August, delivering an outstanding performance over 36 holes after returning to competition following the exam and holiday break.
Mia now heads to the Southern Cape Open Championship in Mossel Bay, where she will compete against some of South Africa’s leading golfers.
The tournament, taking place from 7–9 August, is both a Boland Ranking and National Ranking event, with the practice round on 6 August. We are incredibly proud of Mia’s achievement and wish her every success as she takes on this exciting challenge.
