Cannons Creek Independent Primary School hosted an exciting U13 Girls Hockey Festival on 29 August 2025, at Hartleyvale Astro. This 8-a-side format event aimed at affording teams an opportunity to participate in multiple matches against various schools. Five schools – Herschel, Rallim Preparatory, Pinelands North Primary School, Micklefield Primary, and Cannons Creek Independent School, gained valuable experience and importantly had fun. “The sun was shining and the energy was high, with every team giving it their all. A huge thank you to all the teams for making it such a memorable afternoon,” said Ms Stacey Block (Primary School Sport Co-ordinator).
