Huge congratulations to the phenomenal Ella Huang! Her unwavering dedication and excellence across multiple sports have been nothing short of inspiring throughout her high school journey.
In Grade 9, she made waves by representing KwaZulu-Natal at the Senior Nationals in Artistic Swimming and even went international, representing South Africa at the Open Nationals in Argentina—a remarkable feat! She also showcased her versatility by playing for the 2nd Badminton Team.
In Grade 10, Ella continued to shine, representing KZN in Artistic Swimming and earning her spot on the 1st Badminton Team, demonstrating her prowess in both individual and team sports.
Grade 11 saw her reach new heights as she was selected for the Senior South African Artistic Swimming Team at the FINA World Championships in Doha. She also continued to excel in Badminton, representing KZN and playing for the 1st Team.
In her final year, Grade 12, Ella continued as a core player on the 1st Badminton Team and represented KZN in Badminton, capping off an incredible school sports career.
Her consistent excellence has been recognised with the Elite Athlete Sports Scholarship for three consecutive years.
We are thrilled to award Ella Huang with COLOURS CUM LAUDE.
