We need to slow down. We need to focus on the moment. We need to learn to be present. Across the St Charles College Junior Primary this year we are learning to become more aware of what is happening around us. Our aim is to help our boys learn about and understand their emotions, and to be mindful of their actions.

We would like to create a space where our boys learn to take time to consider, reflect and respond appropriately in uncomfortable situations.
