Seven of  Somerset College learners were included into the Western Province Rowing squad.

• u.16 Men’s: Nicholas Ellis and James Adendorff
• u.16 Women’s: Aoife Marx and Olivier Hefler

They achieved the following outstanding results at the SA Senior National Rowing Championships:

• Aoife Marx & Olivia Hefl er: Girls u.16 Pair Champions
• Nic Ellis: 2nd Place in Men’s Senior B Doubles
• Cale Barnfather: Women’s Senior B Singles Champion
• James Adendorff: 2nd Place in u.16 Boys Double
• Nic Ellis & James Adendorff: 2nd Place in Boys u.16 Quads
