Silver and Honours in three hours by the Brackenfell High School Choir!

Thursday, 12 May, was a busy day for our choir members. They gathered at Gene Louw Primary School at 17:30 to take part in the ATKV Applous Choir Festival, where they received a Silver Award. The judges complimented the choir on a lovely program and commented on the potential that this group of singers displayed. Two hours later the choir assembled at Parow High School to take part in the Tygerberg Eisteddfod – where they obtained an Honours award (80%+).

The adjudicators thanked the choir for their discipline, spirited performance and overall enjoyable program. Congratulations to Mr Reinhardt Liebenberg and each of his singers for representing Brackenfell High School on the stages of these two choir competitions.
