Reddam Durbanville Grade 8 student Aurora Ryser is proving to be somewhat of an open-water swimming sensation. She recently competed in the Velddrif Mile Open Water Event and not only did this young teen place first in the Women’s Category but she placed second overall in the 1.6km event.
