Penryn College environmentally aware learners and educators have been awarded the prestigious Platinum 3 Level Award at the annual WESSA Eco-Schools Awards. WESSA (Wildlife and Environment Society of South Africa) works with environmentally conscientious schools around South Africa, tackling issues around wildlife conservation, recycling initiatives and other environmental concerns. Penryn College is the only IEB independent school in Mpumalanga to be awarded this prestigious honor.
