Newcastle Senior Primary School participated at the Huttenpark netball tournament. Congratulations to Newcastle Senior Primary school’s netball teams with excellent results at the Huttenpark tournament which was held on the 15^th of April 2023. You made our school proud.

The 1^st team netball:The girls played their best and amazed us with their skills. They were announced as the winners of the tournament. Sandisiwe Dakkie received a special award as best player of the day.

• The under 11 netball team: The girls did us proud by walking away with a 2^nd place in the tournament.
• The under 10 netball team: The girls proved that dynamite comes in small packages and proudly walked away with 2^nd place in the tournament. Sicelimpilo Nyide received a special award as best under 10 netball player of the day.

1st team netball Amahle Malevu, Hlelo Hlubi, Palesa Makhubo, Sandisiwe Dakkie, Ayabonga Mbatha, Sibongakonke Khoza and Boitshepo Zaca.

Under 11 netball team Tyra Thompson, Bonolo Kubheka, Hoseame Mthembu, Zesipho Mthethwa, Malwande Ntshingila, Mpendulo Makhubo, Yonela Sikosana, Silindokuhle Masuku and Nontethelelo Ndebele.

Under 10 netball team Sphiwokuhle Madonsela, Mantshepe Makhudu, Ziyanda Nzima, Sinothile Sibeko, Zona Zulu, Sicelimpilo Nyide, Sithelosethu Mgobhazi and Ayabonga Khoza
