A convincing victory for Michaelhouse Squash team. A group of 18 squash players travelled up to Pretoria Boys’ High School. Our boys showcased their skills securing a convincing 11-7 win. Meanwhile, the Sacco Jaguars made their way to the Midlands for their traditional fixture against the Michaelhouse Staff on Friday evening and the Michaelhouse First Team on Sunday. The weekend kicked off with the Jaguars managing to secure a narrow 12-10 victory in games, after the matches were tied at 3-3.

On Sunday morning our First Team played the Jaguars. This annual fixture has a long-standing history going back 26 years. This year marked a significant milestone as our school’s team achieved a 4-2 victory over the Jaguars, only the second time in the history of the event that we have beaten them. On Monday afternoon our squash players competed in the KZN Top Schools. Michaelhouse played against Westville, with all our boys winning their matches 3-0 and scoring a 5-point win bonus. Starting the tournament on a high note, our team secured an impressive 20-0 victory.
