Meacke Lawrence, a Gr. 6 learner in La Rochelle Girls’ Primary School, kept the Larrie flag flying high when she participated at the SA Athletics Championships in Potchefstroom during the holiday.

Meacke achieved the following results: 100m (girls 12) 8th, 150m (girls 12) 6th and relay (girls 12) 4th. It was an unforgettable experience, Meacke said. She already started her training for the 2023 season and is optimistic about her performance.
