Hudson Park High School Grade 11 learner, Kendra Ball, was recently selected to represent the International Shotokan Karate Federation South Africa team. Kendra recently placed 1st in the u.18 age category at the National Karate Championships held in Pretoria which resulted in her selection to the SA team. Kendra travelled to London, England, with her teammates, coach and manager where she competed in the u.18 Female Black Belt Kumite (combat) and Kata (technical style) divisions at the 4th World Shoto Cup from the 19th to the 22nd of September.

Kendra Ball
