The final competition of the “seasons” was held on the last day of school…and it was a yo-yo competition.
Mr de Lacy started the kids off by demonstrating how to use a yo-yo and how much fun you can have with a yoyo. He showed the kids the “rocking the baby trick” which was a hit, as well as walking the dog. There was one competitor from each grade and as always the boys did not disappoint.

We have such talented boys at Graeme College and how lucky were we all to see a different talent during this competition. Keagan Berriman from Grade 5 dominated the tournament by placing in every category and was awarded first place. A special mention must also go to Caleb Jattiem for his awesome tricks. We are hoping this has sparked some excitement to the boys and we hope to see many yo-yo’s next yo-yo season.
