Valentine’s civvies day
Love was in the air this Valentine’s Day at Gonubie Primary School when the GPS learners wore civvies in support of CHOC. Through their kindness and generosity, we were able to donate an impressive R7300,00 to CHOC, helping to bring a little hope to the lives of children fighting cancer. Thank you to our GPS family for always opening your hearts and showing so much love to those in need.
Grade R Dress-up day
“You can find magic wherever you look… Sit back, relax, all you need is a book” – Dr Seuss
It was a magical day for our Grade Rs as they dressed up as their favourite book characters. We just loved the imagination and effort that went into creating their special outfits. We encourage all parents to read to their children every day and to instill a love of reading from a young age… As Dr Seuss says: “you are never too old, too wacky, too wild, to pick up a book and read to a child”
