Felixton College is incredibly proud of Amber du Pisanie and all that she has achieved throughout the year in mountain biking, a sport she is deeply passionate about and one she has pursued with remarkable dedication and resilience. Throughout the year, Amber competed in various major cycling leagues, consistently performing at a high level against strong competition. In the XCO Cross Country Mountain Biking League, an independent and highly demanding series raced nationally and internationally, she finished second overall in KwaZulu-Natal, as well as second at the KZN Championships.
She also delivered an outstanding performance in the Cycle Lab National Schools Series, finishing second overall and earning Full KwaZulu-Natal Colours. This achievement led to her selection to represent KZN at the National Championships in Piet Retief, where she placed an impressive 7th out of approximately 70 riders from across South Africa. These results reflect the countless hours of training, perseverance and commitment Amber has shown throughout the year. We are incredibly proud of all her achievements, especially for receiving full KZN Colours and even more proud of the way she continues to pursue her passion while proudly representing Felixton College.
