On Monday 4 July 2022, De La Salle Holy Cross College Junior School warmly welcomed their new School Head, Dr. Marisa Di Terlizzi. Dr Di Terlizzi received both her Doctorate in Educational Psychology and Bachelor of Education degree (Cum Laude) from the University of Johannesburg and has a wealth of experience in various educational settings including monastic, coeducational, mainstream, and remedial teaching. The College is very excited to welcome her into the community where she will enrich the lives of pupils, parents, and staff.

” I believe in a child-centered and experiential learning approach, where pupils learn through active engagement in the world around them. In addition, I believe that the holistic development of children is even more critical today than it was in the past and I am passionate about nurturing a balanced and well-rounded approach to education and learning. I am very honoured to join the College and look forward to being of service.” – Dr. Marisa Di Terlizzi De La Salle Holy Cross College Junior School Head
