Christ Church Preparatory School and College Grade 12 Hospitality Practical. On Wednesday, 25 May, the Grade 12 Hospitality pupils completed one of their assigned hospitality practical assessments. During this assessment, the pupils were required to make both a crème brûlée and a pavlova, neither of which is an easy task, however, a delicious dessert. Well done, Grade 12’s.
