3 of Holy Rosary School athletes and head of rowing represented the country in Canada

Well done to all of the athletes and coaches that represented South Africa at the World Rowing Senior, Under 23 and Under 19 Championships. We had 3 athletes and our Head of Rowing from Holy Rosary represent the country at this incredible event in Canada.
Hannah Roetger competed in the Junior Women’s Under 19 double’s event and placed 4th in the B Final (10th overall)
Nicola MacDonald competed in the Junior Women’s Under 19 Coxless Quad event and placed 5th in the B Final (11th overall)
Caitlin De Freitas competed in the Junior Women’s Coxed Four event and placed 6th overall – it was a straight final.
Caitlin only started rowing in August last year! We are incredibly proud of you all, you flew both the South African flag and Holy Rosary flag so proudly – well done, ladies!
