St Teresa’s School in Craighall Park welcomed the grandparents and older role models of our Grade 000, Grade 00 and Grade 0 for a heart warming Grandparent’s Day on Thursday, 22 February. The day was a delightful celebration filled with memorable activities and cherished moments as grandparents and older role models engaged in a variety of activities with our little Rosies. The morning included delightful craft activities, where creativity knew no bounds as little hands and wise hearts collaborated together. This was followed by fun physical activities as granddaughters and grandparents alike revelled in shared moments of play and movement. ”Grandparents Day is a cherished tradition at St Teresa’s School, where we celebrate the invaluable role grandparents and older role models play in shaping the lives of our learners. It’s a day filled with laughter, love, and precious moments that not only strengthen family bonds but also create a sense of community within our school” said Mrs Lynne Elfick, Junior Primary School Principal. As the morning drew to a close, everyone gathered for a special tea and delectable treats provided by our Grade 000, Grade 00 and Grade 0 parents. Thank you to all the grandparents an older role models who contributed to its warmth and success of the day and to our parents and staff for it so special.
