St Dominic’s Catholic School for Girls takes 1st place in WITS integrated experience (WIE), outshining 40 top SA schools! Our team of Grade 11 learners excelled in this problem-solving challenge at Wits, using 21st-century skills to tackle real-world problems. They collaborated with Wits academics, analyzing data and proposing solutions from multiple perspectives – scientific, engineering, humanitarian, legal, health, and economic! After presenting their findings to a panel of experts on Friday afternoon, our team was awarded WINNERS of the 2024 Wits Integrated Experience!
