We announced our 2022 Dux at our Prize-Giving ceremony last week a very special occasion. Phumla Marareni, a full boarder at St Anne’s Diocesan College from Ermelo in Mpumalanga, is the Dux Award recipient for 2022. In addition to winning the top academic prize, she also won five of the individual subject prizes for Accounting, Afrikaans, Economics, Languages and Physical Sciences. Phumla intends to study a Batchelor of Commerce in Financial Sciences at The University of Pretoria in 2023.
