Achievement – Nipper of the year  Congratulations to Zac Sampson in Grade 6. On Friday 19th May 2023 Big Bay Surf Lifesaving Club held its Annual Awards and Zac received the following awards:

• Top U12 Boy Trophy Surf 2022 and 2023
• The Hillman Trophy for best Sea Specialist of the year 2nd Year in a row- most points scored in Surf events
• The Hutton & Langenhoven Trophy for Best Board Most points scored in board events across all age groups
• The Kristin Bellingan Trophy for Surf Swimmer of the Year Most points scored across all age groups in Surf events at all competitions locally, provincially and nationally

Zac also received the Nipper of the Year Trophy for the highest points scored across all age groups at all competitions locally, provincially & nationally
