Lifesaving results from Milnerton High School.  Zac Sampson (Grade and Sabrina Krige (Grade 9) represented the Western Cape at the Lifesaving Inter-Provincial Championship held at Santos Beach in Mossel Bay over the weekend. All the Western Cape teams did exceptionally well and brought the trophy home! Zac won the following medals:

Bronze for the boys’ individual board
Gold for the board relay
Gold for the mixed board relay
Gold for the beach relay
Gold for overall winners
Sabrina won the following medals:
Bronze for beach flags
Silver for beach sprints
Gold for the beach relay
Gold for overall winners
