Lead for Life at Crawford International Sandton College. Recently, our Grade 9 students embarked on an inspiring leadership journey! Guided by passionate facilitators, they explored the essential qualities of effective leadership through engaging discussions and reflective activities. Amani Maharaj and Alexia De Jesus shared their insights: “Throughout the day, we participated in thought-provoking discussions and reflective exercises that challenged us to think differently about how we act and lead. The programme not only taught us about the qualities of effective leadership but also transformed our mindset about what it means to lead.”

They also expressed that the experience encouraged them to be more mindful, intentional, and aware of their actions. It provided a fresh perspective on leading with purpose and inspired many students to pursue personal growth and develop their leadership potential. This programme has truly empowered our students to lead with confidence and integrity, shaping them into compassionate and purposeful leaders of tomorrow.
