On Saturday, 15 March 2025, Curro Midrand Halfway Gardens Primary Junior Girls (U10 & U11) A & B teams and Senior Girls (U12 & U13) A & B teams took part in the JSA (Johannesburg Softball Association) Top Schools Softball Tournament. It was a fantastic day of softball, filled with teamwork, skill, and plenty of fun.

Success in softball goes beyond athleticism and mastering fielding, hitting, and throwing. A winning team must also grasp the strategic side of the game—staying focused, thinking ahead, and working together. As champions of the Top Schools Tournament, the Curro Midrand Halfway Gardens Senior Girls A team has earned a spot in the Gauteng Softball Championships this October.
