Cannons Creek heads to Camp

The Grade 4 – 6 learners from Cannons Creek Independent School recently enjoyed a few days at the SOS camp in Villiersdorp doing all the things that are so good for children to do. There was day and night hiking, fire making, feeding animals, obstacle courses, team building games, mapwork, learning about weather stations, canoeing and swimming. They enjoyed excellent food and facilities. “We are proud of all our pupils for making this such a positive and bonding experience. Thanks to the teachers for being the stand-in parents and dispensing meds, cuddles, encouragement and guidance at Camp.” – Mrs Sue Alston, HOD: Intermediate Phase
