Academic Accolades at Glenashley Prep Senior Prizegiving. The culimination of a week of prize giving ceremonies, recognising the academic achievements of learners from Grade 4 to Grade 6, the Glenashley Preparatory School Annual Senior Prize Giving ceremony was eagerly awaited by the senior learners of the school. Pleasing academic results were announced to visiting principals of local schools, governing body members, parents’ association members, parents, staff and learners, recognising the grade’s top achievers.

Highlights of the occasion included Tahil Maharaj being awarded Sportsman of the Year, Emily Henry awarded Sportswoman of the Year, Tahil Maharaj awarded Third in Grade, Ross Mackintosh awarded Proxime Accessit, and Luyanda Chukudu awarded Dux for 2022. This conscientious and well-deserving learner was also awarded with the subject trophies for Mathematics, English, Natural Science, Geography, Economic Management Sciences and Art, an amazing achievement. Glenashley Prep are extremely proud of their Class of 2022, and of Luyanda in particular.
