St Teresa’s Senior Primary School in Rosebank celebrates the exceptional achievements of Hannah Skeen (Grade 4), whose talent and dedication to Irish Dancing have brought her outstanding success on the competition stage. At the recent Northerns Feis, hosted at De La Salle Holy Cross College, Hannah delivered an exceptional performance, taking home an impressive seven gold medals, one silver medal and two bronze medals. Her accomplishments included winning the Pre-Championship (PC3) category, a testament to her skill, discipline and passion for Irish Dancing.

Hannah’s latest triumph follows a series of notable achievements in her Irish Dancing journey. She recently excelled in her grade exams at the Duncan Studio of Celtic Dance, earning an A- for Grade 3 and a B+ for Grade 4 under the expert guidance of teachers Sue Theron and Bernard van der Kuil. Hannah is now turning her focus to the South African Irish Dance Championships, taking place over the first weekend of October at Beaulieu College in Johannesburg, where she hopes to build on her remarkable winning streak.
