MPS Netball:

MPS A+ Students: The Regionals Championship took place at Hoërskool Patriot in Witbank. A total of 110 students participated to show their skills by completing soroban (Japanese abacus) papers of 6 minutes and 3 minutes as well as anzan (mental arithmetic) papers of 2 minutes and 1 minute respectfully. The beads of 110 abaci were racing against the clock. Participating students came from Secunda, Middelburg, Nelspruit, White River, Malelane and Witbank. Well done to the following MPS learners with their achievements:

• Mishay Valla in Grade 2 – Gold
• Ruhee Rabbipal in Grade 5 – Champion
• Lukiel Brijball in Grade 5 – Champion

English Evening at Future Achievers. On 23 May 2023, a few MPS learners were invited to participate in an English Evening at Future Achievers Academy. They had the option to recite a poem or read an extract from a book. The learners were (from left back to right front): Hunter Harty, Lesego Mufanebadza, Morwedi Mashile, Madison Cooke, Amukelani Manabe, Zoë Tacoulas and Evan Govindsammy. Well done learners we are extremely proud of you.
