Ethan Goliath is in Grade 11 at Westering High School. In April 2022, he was playing rugby for the U16 A side when he sadly broke his Fibia and Tibia, ruling him out of rugby for the rest of the year. When he returned in 2023, he suffered a miniscus tear in his knee, which once again set him back.

Due to this, he decided to enter the Mr and Miss Westering competiton in order to be actively involved in the school in lieu of not being able to participate in sport.  On 28 March 2023, he lost the title by a 1 point difference, crowning him 1st prince.  On 29 April 2023, he participated in the Mr and Miss Junior City Council competition and won the title.  On the 20th of May 2023 , he participated in the South African championship of performing arts semi-finals and was selected to represent the Eastern Cape at the national completion in Rustenburg in September 2023. In a short space of time, he changed hats and has done extremely well in representing Westering High School and furthermore our province.
