On Saturday, Volksrust High School’s netball teams traveled to Vryheid to face Hoërskool Pionier in a tough round of matches. Despite strong efforts, we were unable to secure a win.

The U/14 team lost 7-1, with Gugulethu Vilakazi named Player of the Match. The U/15 team fought hard but fell, with Sibigumusa Mkhaliphi standing out. The U/16 team showed great determination but lost, with Anelisa Ndimande earning top honors.

The 2nd team faced a challenging game, with Ayanda Buthelezi recognized for her effort. The 1st team battled against strong opponents, with Senamile Khumalo delivering a standout performance.

Despite the results, our players showed resilience and teamwork. Congratulations to our Players of the Match! We are proud of you all.
