Superhero Day at Crawford International Ruimsig on Friday 9 June Along with a Campus Clean Up to show our Support for World Environment Day. Superheroes have always been an inspiration to us – they are strong, resilient, and always there to save the day. These fictional characters have a way of bringing hope and excitement into our lives, and we all have our favorites that we look up to. That being said, superheroes are more than just fictional characters in our lives – they represent the values we need to embody in our day-to-day activities. Hence, we chose them as the theme for dress up day, supporting our amazing older Crawfordians while they write their exams.

However, it was not just a day for dressing up in capes and tights. The celebration was also a day for students to come together and do something beneficial for the environment. We combined the superhero day celebration with a campus clean-up in honor of World Environment Day. World Environment Day, celebrated annually on the 5th of June, encourages people worldwide to come together in an effort to protect the environment and work towards a sustainable future.

The event was a massive success, and students came out in droves dressed in various superhero costumes, each one representing the hero they admired the most. Spiderman, Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and many others made an appearance at the event. The superheroes did not hold back when it came to displaying their qualities. Each one was determined to make a difference in their own small way, and we can say with certainty that they did.

The event was not just about the superhero costumes and the campus clean-up. It was also about creating awareness about the environment and encouraging everyone to make small changes that can have a positive impact on our surroundings. The students who participated in the event learned the importance of taking care of their environment, and it is an invaluable lesson that they will carry with them into the future.
