SPAR KZN Schoolgirls’ Fast 5s Netball Challenge Date Announcement for 2024 Challenge. Expanding, the hugely popular SPAR KZN Schoolgirls’ Fast 5s Netball challenge grows this year with an extra tournament in its fourth season. The tournament that started in 2019, has had three tremendously successful years. Starting with four regional tournaments, the next two years grew to six then seven regionals, and this year the challenge travels to an eighth region, with the Highway Regional settling in on the fixtures.

Kicking off the challenge, Richards Bay High School hosts the KZN North Coast Regional on Saturday 13 July. Two weeks later, Creston College welcomes teams for the KZN South Coast Regional on Saturday 27 July. August has three tournaments, the first on Saturday 3 August being hosted by King Edward High School in Matatiele will see teams vying to raise the KZN Southern Regional trophy. St Henry’s Marist College sees teams compete for the Durban Central Regional on Saturday 24 August, followed by the Highway Regional taking place on Saturday 31 August at Hillcrest High.

Two tournaments take place in September, the Durban North Regional hosted at Curro Salt Rock and the KZN Northern Regional taking place at Dundee High School on Saturday 14 September. Wrapping up the challenge, teams in the Pietermaritzburg area gather for the Pietermaritzburg Regional on Saturday 5 October. All games will be livestreamed on the SuperSport Schools’ website or mobile app. For more info like the tournament’s Facebook page or follow on Instagram.
