The Wykeham Collegiate proudly congratulates our Grade 10 learner, Mckenzie du Bourg, on her selection for the South African U16A Indoor Hockey team. Mckenzie represented the KwaZulu-Natal Inland team at the National IPT held in Durban in December, where she emerged as the top goal scorer in the Under 16 tournament, netting an impressive seven goals.

Having played indoor hockey since the age of nine, Mckenzie has represented both Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal at provincial level and has captained provincial sides. Her years of dedication, discipline, and leadership have culminated in this outstanding national selection. We are very proud of Mckenzie and wish her every success as she represents South Africa.
