Parktown High School for Girls in the annual FEDA festival of 2019
The FEDA cast and crew have been working extremely hard and are about to represent Parktown High School for Girls in the annual FEDA festival of 2019!
- For those of you who might be asking, “What is FEDA?”, FEDA stands for Festival of Excellence in Dramatic Arts. It is an inter-school play competition and participants stand the chance of winning various cash prizes for their schools.
- This year, Parktown High School for Girls will be performing the original and hilarious work Honey written by Tamzen Allison (Gr12) and Lamiah Casoo (Gr12)
Honey is a play about a girl named Honey, no surprise there, who is placed in a mental asylum whilst the case of her father’s murder is investigated. Honey claims to be innocent, her step-mother is not convinced and the detective is constantly confused.
Will Honey be proved innocent or guilty…?
Come and watch Honey on the 17 May 2019 at 18:30 in the Lesedi Theatre located in the Joburg Theatre building. We would like to encourage students, staff and parents to come and support our production and enjoy an evening of entertainment. Tickets can be bought through the Joburg Theatre website.
