Kuswag School learner  Keegan van Wyk’s achievements. He has worked extremely hard this year and achieved so much. And it would mean so much to us if you could share his incredible story.Keegan van Wyk, is a grade 6 learner from Kuswag School. He participated in the first round of the Con Spirito competition which was held at Kuswag School in May this year. He entered with 8 items that consisted of poetry, dramatised poetry and reading. He qualified to go through to the Con Spirito National Forte round with all 8 items and 4 were item winners.

At the Con Spirito National Forte round that was held in Johannesburg in August, he held his school’s name high and competed in his grade against schools from all over the country. The competition was tough and there was alot of talent, but he was awarded National Winner for 3 of his items.He was also invited to attend the Con Spirito Prestige prize giving that will be held in Johannesburg on Saturday 14 September.

Keegan also recently participated in the Radikale Redenaars competition in the KZN round of which 1 of his items qualified for the regional round that will be held at Kuswag School and two of his other items qualified for the National Final round that will be held in Gauteng on 19 October. We are extremely proud of him and his great achievements this year.
