Dundee High School shows passion, dedication and talent at Derby Day. On Saturday, 4 May 2022, DHS travelled to Glencoe to take part in the much anticipated Derby Day of the year. Athletes and coaches were nervous and excited to have this day back after, what seemed like an eternity of Covid restrictions. We are proud of our learners and what they have achieved. Thanks to all the coaches and learners for putting lots of love and dedication into the sport that runs through their veins. We would like to also thank the many parents, old scholars and supporters who were on the side-line encouraging our learners – they appreciate it more than you know. The scores were as follows:
Netball: We are extremely proud of our Netball girls who won 4 out of 5 games yesterday:
U14 won 24 – 7
U15 won 13 – 10
U16 lost 4 – 14
2nd team won 25 – 6
First team won 70 – 11 (UNDEFEATED FOR THE 2022 SEASON!)

Girls’ Hockey
Everything went well on the hockey fields where we did not lose one game! Excellent performance from the girls with 3 wins and one draw:
- U14 girls won 6 – 0
- U16 girls drew 1 – 1
- 2nd team won 2 – 0
- 1st team won 3 – 1

2nd team won 2 – 1 (Well done to this team for being undefeated in the 2022 season!)
