Maritzburg College cyclists participate in Spur MTB series
Maritzburg College cyclists had a busy weekend taking part in both the Mandela and Spur series MTB events. In the Mandela 21km men’s race, Nic Burczak won the event in a time of 51:00. He then went on to win the U15 Spur Series race on Sunday. Also in the Spur Series races, Jess Stephens finished 3rd and Ethan Kock 4th in the U14 race, while Daniel van der Watt won the U16 race with Cameron McDaniel finishing in 3rd place.
