St Andrew’s School for Girls celebrated Havest Day
On 25 May and 26 May 2021, the Grade 4-7 girls of St Andrew’s School for Girls celebrated Africa Day and Harvest Day. The girls dressed up in the colours of Africa to celebrate Africa Day. They also collected tinned food and jars of peanut butter to donate to Meals on Wheels for Harvest Day.
The girls also bring sandwiches every Wednesday which are donated to the iTemba Soup Kitchen. The Grade Seven girls completed a STEAM project to celebrate Africa Day, using bottle tops.
