The tournament drew in 15 first teams, some of the top tennis teams in the country. The Selborne 1^st Team did well to record the following pool results:

Selborne College 1^st Tennis Team beat Hoerskool Upington (19-8), lost Hoerskool Sentraal (8-19), beat Hoerskool Cradock (23-5) and lost Paul Roos Invitational (3-25).

These results placed the team in 3^rd place in their pool, qualifying for playoffs for positions 7 to 9. In the playoff matches, the team recorded the following results:
