Ligbron Academy of Tegnology started their hockey season on Saturday last, with friendly matches against Hoër Tegniese Skool Middelburg in Middelburg.

Despite the heat the teams played excellent hockey throughout. Results were mixed, but the coaches are all in agreement that it was a successful day and that they are happy with the results, seeing that it was the first matches of the season.
