Mrs. Isabel Aldum, a well know face in our community and respected teacher, returned to education at the Lady Grey Arts Academy. Mrs. Aldum taught at Aliwal North Primary School for over 22 years and decided to give up teaching and spend her time on their farm. Throughout the seven years at home, she constantly worked as a substitute teacher in Sterkpruit.  When the position for a grade 3 educator opened at the Lady Grey Arts Academy, she immediately applied and was appointed.  Her passion for teaching can clearly be seen in her love for the learners and the enthusiasm with which she teaches.

Mrs. Aldum said she loves the school and is so happy to be part of our family. We wish her all of the best with her new journey and we are very happy that she joined our team.
