Hoërskool Staatspresident CR Swart team of runners started the season off with a first run at Lavender Country Market on 6 May 2023. It was a hectic but fun start to the season, having to maneuver a muddy trail to the finish. Our second race was on 13 May 2023 at Hoërskool Eldoraigne. Although a very curvy road, the fighting spirit of our runners carried them to the finish.  We met an ex-learner from our school and he motivated every runner passing him by singing our school anthem.  Our last race for this term was at Centurion Peach Tree Farm.  We once again saw the fighting spirit of our runners overcoming the challenge and coming out successful.  Our team is now training for the competition in term 3.

Cross Country Team
