The 2026 South African Primary Schools Athletics Championship (SASA) took place at the Green Point Stadium in Cape Town, Western Cape from 19 – 21 March 2026.  This premier national event brought together top primary school athletes for track and field competitions. Twee van Laerskool Aliwal-Noord se top atlete was gekies om die Oos-Kaap span in Kaapstad te gaan verteenwoordig.

Ivor Ludick (Seuns o.10) het aan die 80m deelgeneem. Bokoena Phailane (Boys under 10) took part in the Long Jump and 100m.  Both boys went through to the semi-finals.What an amazing opportunity and experience for these two young athletes to compete at this prestigious event. Ons sien met verwagting uit om hulle in die toekoms dop te hou.
